Lazy and zero attention to detail. I had an flood in my place a while back. These guys were hired to do some laminate and tile work. The floor itself wasn't bad but the tile backsplash in the bathroom was botched twice and then they refused to fix it after that. so here's what happened. When they removed the tile backsplash in my bathroom, a piece of the wall came with it, ok not a big deal, but instead of fixing the wall they just put a bigger piece of tile over it that extended the backsplash off the counter. Then when I asked them to fix it they did... sort of. After the wall got fixed they came in to do the tile again but the wall that had just been repaired was not flat so there was this big gap between the wall and tile. So they filled it in with grout. When i called them about it they said "Well maybe the wall wasn't flat" so I responded "the wall that you guys just fixed?" After that the owner got involved and decided they would not be fixing it again. So if you need any kind of detailed work, avoid these people. If you just need a floor slapped together and don't really care then you might be ok with them.
