Food was worst chinese food I have ever had. Service was sub par. I wont be back
Obviously not the Ritz but for its price you cant beat it. Food is good and the bar has VLTs if you're into that. People are super friendly and helpful. Travel a lot for work and if I'm ever in the area I always come here. The staff even offered to lend me a few knives and cutting boards to make my lunches in my room! Super people make the little things not matter :)
As a weary traveler from Chicago, having driven 5 hrs North from Edmonton, I found that the Spirit River Hotel had the price, service, and room (esp. the bed - clean and comfortable) to be the best in town. 5/5 for total value.
Medium priced food of decent quality. The restaurant has the best Chinese food for quite a long ways. Pub is small and old. Not much going on. Don't know what rooms are like but there are a few guys that stay here so must be at least passable. .
